TABLE SUPPORT PATHS

Help While You Are at the Roulette Streak Tables

If something interrupts a live streak round — a dropped connection, a bet that did not register, or a round result you want to query — here is how to reach us. Our support team handles Roulette Streak disputes the same way as any live table query: through the account ticket system, live chat, or email. Response scope covers round history, streak credit, and wallet queries tied to Roulette Streak sessions.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any Roulette Streak table page. Describe the round, the table name, and the time it happened so the agent can pull the session log quickly.
Account Ticket Submit a ticket from your account dashboard for streak-credit disputes or round-result queries. Attach your round ID if the table interface shows one — it speeds up the review.
Email Support Email works for non-urgent Roulette Streak questions such as withdrawal queries tied to a streak session or account verification steps before your first live-table withdrawal.
nonk What We Run in Our Roulette Streak Section

What We Run in Our Roulette Streak Section

Our Roulette Streak tables sit inside the live casino lobby, streamed by providers including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. The mechanic works like this: a qualifying number or colour hits on consecutive spins, and the streak multiplier climbs accordingly — so your position on a running streak changes the payout shape compared to a standard roulette round. We carry European single-zero and

multi-wheel formats in this category. RTP figures are shown where the game provider exposes them in the table info panel; we do not publish figures the provider has not released. Players in Dhaka reach the lobby in seconds on a mobile browser — no separate download needed for the streak tables.

HOW WE RUN STREAK PLAY

Fair Play and Accountability on Roulette Streak

Streak multipliers change the reward shape but not the underlying wheel physics — each spin on a Roulette Streak table is an independent RNG or live-dealer event. Here is how we keep that accountable on our side.

Provider Certification

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live carry independent audit certifications for their live roulette streams. Those certifications cover the random outcomes that feed streak-multiplier calculations on every table we carry.

Round History Access

Your account logs every Roulette Streak round you play — table name, bet amount, result, and streak position. You can review the full history in your account dashboard at any time.

RTP Transparency

We only show RTP where the game provider publishes it in the table info panel. We do not invent or estimate RTP figures. If the panel is blank, the provider has not released that number publicly.

Wallet Audit Trail

Every bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit and withdrawal tied to a Roulette Streak session is logged with a transaction reference in your account wallet. If a streak-session payout looks off, that reference is where support starts the review.

Roulette Streak Terms — Plain Language

A quick reference for the mechanics and account terms that come up most when you are playing Roulette Streak.

What is a streak multiplier in Roulette Streak?

A streak multiplier increases your potential payout when a qualifying outcome — a specific number, colour, or section — lands on consecutive spins. The multiplier value climbs with each qualifying spin and resets when the streak breaks.

What does consecutive-spin mechanic mean?

It means the streak only stays active if the qualifying condition hits on back-to-back spins. One non-qualifying spin resets the counter to zero and the multiplier returns to its base level.

What is the house edge on a Roulette Streak table?

House edge depends on the wheel format — European single-zero tables carry roughly 2.7% on straight-number bets. Streak mechanics sit on top of that base; the provider's table info panel shows the published RTP where available.

What does RTP mean for Roulette Streak?

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage of total bets returned as winnings over a large number of rounds. We display it only where the provider publishes it in the table info panel.

What is a qualifying outcome in streak play?

The qualifying outcome is the specific result the streak mechanic tracks — for example, red hitting three spins in a row. Each table defines its own qualifying condition; check the table rules panel before you start.

What happens to my streak position if I lose connection mid-spin?

The round completes on the server regardless of your connection. When you reconnect, your account history shows the result. If a streak credit is missing, raise a ticket with the round time and table name.

Roulette Streak — What You Are Probably Wondering

Straightforward answers to the things we hear most from players who are new to Roulette Streak or switching from standard roulette.

Standard roulette pays each spin in isolation. Roulette Streak layers a consecutive-outcome tracker on top, so staying in on a qualifying run changes the payout shape. The wheel mechanics and house edge stay the same underneath.

Yes. The live tables load in a mobile browser — Chrome or Safari on Android and iOS both work. No separate app is needed. Your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet balance is the same account balance you see on desktop.

We carry Roulette Streak-style tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Both stream live from certified studios, and both publish their table RTP and game rules inside the table interface where those figures are available.

Table minimums vary by the specific game. The bet range is shown in the table lobby before you sit down. Fund your account through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket first, then check the table limits in the game panel.

The table interface displays a streak counter or indicator — exact placement depends on the provider's UI. If you are unsure, the game rules panel within the table explains how the streak tracker works for that specific title.

Availability depends on your local law and eligible region. We show the tables in the lobby where access is supported, but it is your responsibility to confirm that participating complies with the rules in your area.
